What the app is (and is not)
We are an informational directory. We are not a travel agency or an intermediary: we do not sell, book, or charge for services. Contact and booking always happen directly between you and each provider.
We are not responsible for the quality, safety, availability, or performance of the providers' services. Any agreement or complaint is between you and the provider.
About the information
The data (prices, hours, phone numbers, descriptions, photos) come from public sources and from the providers themselves, and may change or contain errors. We make a reasonable effort to keep it up to date, but we do not guarantee its accuracy or that it is current. Always confirm with the provider before you travel.
The Irupé assistant offers general guidance and can be wrong. Verify important information with the provider or with the park authorities.
Nature and safety
The Esteros are a natural environment. Outdoor activities (boating, horseback riding, wildlife watching) involve risks. Always follow the instructions of licensed guides and of the park authorities. You take part in the activities at your own responsibility.
Third-party links and trademarks
The app links to third-party sites (WhatsApp, Instagram, providers' websites) whose content we do not control. Each provider's trademarks and photos belong to their respective owners.
Intellectual property
The texts, the design, and the original content of Iberá Experience belong to the app. Do not reproduce them for commercial purposes without authorization.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be heard by the courts of the Province of Corrientes.
