Every gateway town to the Great Iberá Park has its own identity: the chamamé of Loreto and Mburucuyá, the Belgrano-era history of Chavarría, the Gauchito Gil shrine in Mercedes, the Jesuit ruins on the Uruguay river. Visiting these sites is how you understand the whole Iberá, the natural one and the human one.
